I see individual adults and teens 15 and over.
We have the flexibility to integrate my therapeutic modalities as it best suits you.
Typical individual sessions are 50 minutes, however, 80 minute sessions can be beneficial from time to time.
Couples therapy
Couples therapy is not just for couples in crisis! Building skills for communication and conflict resolution, and understanding each other more deeply is beneficial at any stage.
I practice the Gottman Method of Couples therapy, which is backed by significant research and includes a large variety of resources.
Couples sessions can be 50 minutes, however the extra time of an 80 minute session allows space for more work.

I do not provide letters or documentation for third parties (insurers, employers, WCB).
I will make the appropriate referrals if necessary.
