Hi, I’m paige dean.

I’m passionate about making therapy more accessible, comfortable, and even enjoyable. Expect my sense of humour and sarcasm to play a role in sessions. I look to dispel a power dynamic, and work in collaboration with clients. I believe you are the expert!

My approach to therapy is rooted in building a safe, trusting, and honest therapeutic relationship with my clients. I’m very calm, patient, and easy going, but don’t let that fool you: I will call you out. I practice from a Feminist lens, and am 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming.

I integrate a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and the Gottman Method for individuals (teens and adults) and couples.

My space is easily accessible in South Edmonton, right off the Whitemud. There’s plenty of free parking as well as elevators. I offer sessions in the evenings.

More about me

I have a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

I am registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member in good standing with the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.
